How It Works
1. Initial Consultation (Required Before Starting)
All clients begin with a 1:1 consultation (in-person or online) with an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist.
We assess your:

Objective and subjective health measures
This ensures your program is evidence-based, personalised, and aligned with your goals from the very beginning.
2. Receive Your Custom Exercise Program via the Everfit App.
Your 4-week training plan is designed and provided with video instructions, structured progression, and the flexibility to train when and where it suits you.
3. Check ins, Track Results and Stay on Track
We check in with you regularly, monitor your progress, and update your program monthly to keep you moving forward—safely and effectively.
